Mentor leaderboards
Every ranking here comes from participants who attended a programme and rated the person who taught it. Nothing else counts toward a position.
How these are worked out
A mentor rated five stars once is not ranked above a mentor rated 4.7 across forty programmes. Scores are pulled toward the platform average in proportion to how little evidence there is, so a position reflects both how well someone is rated and how much rating there is behind it. Mentors need at least ten ratings before they appear at all.

Rankings appear once enough participants have rated the programmes they attended. Until then there is nothing here worth publishing.
